Reflecting the contemporary Balinese architecture, The Banjar Villas comprises of 12 spacious guest rooms of one and two bedroom villas. Each guest room is featured with individual controlled air conditioning, IDD telephone, bathroom with amenities, hot & cold water, private pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, audio system, safe deposit box, wardrobe, dining & living area.

• Bedroom Suite Villa:If you're looking for something a little more spacious, treat yourself to our 1 Bedroom Suite Villa.
• 2 Bedroom Villa : Our 2 Bedroom Villa is the perfect choice for a family or group stay. There are two bedrooms each has a private bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. The bedrooms are separated for your privacy. One bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds.

Complimentary afternoon tea is available daily. You may choose to have your afternoon refreshments served in the private surroundings of your villa from 15:00 to 17:00.

We provide 3 kinds of pillows for your comfort. You can choose a medium, high or low pillow for your sleeping needs.

* Internet Service and Notebook Rental
Should you wish to access the internet in your villa, simply plug in your laptop to our fast broadband facilities. Otherwise you may call the Reception Desk for assistance with connecting through our own internet provider. A notebook is also available upon request. Free for the first hour of utilization, US $20++ per each additional hour.

Indulge your body and spirit with an exclusive spa package that utilizes rejuvenating healing and beautifying techniques. Open daily from 9:00 to 21:00. Treatments can be performed in our spa facility or at your discretion in your private villa.

THE BANJAR provides baby sitting service at US$ 20 nett per 8 (eight) hours.

On call doctor service available at any time.

* Room Service
A 24 hour delivery Room Service is available from selected cuisines of the Seminyak area. Menus are available in your villa.

* Bicycling
The rice fields and pleasant Kerobokan village life are ideal for a relaxing cycling experience. The Banjar has six mountain bikes available for complimentary use.

Extra Bed / Children Policy
Children under 12 years old stay with parents are free of charge.

Cancellation Policy / No Show
* One night cancellation fee will be applied for cancelled  within 21 days prior to arrival date. 
* No Show arrival subject to 100% cancellation fee from total night's room reserved.
